What would increase my (computer) performance?
Right now i am running at a tolerable 20-25 FPS, but that will no doubt die down when i start getting to end game content.
My video card is abysmal and im guessing a good $100 one will get me running around 40-60 ish FPS.
The only problem is im not sure if thats the sole problem.
Help computer geeks!
Thanks in advance.

Probably Vista, takes up alot of resources.
I think Video Card is the biggest culprit though.

Is that video card onboard? Looks like it..
That's most likely your problem. You can probably get an 8600 for like $75 or so, which would drastically improve your fps.

Yeah I would look at the video card also (i dont see it listen above). Also, for good measure you should try wow without any addons loaded at all (ther eis an option to turn them all off). Some addons crap on the fps pretty bad; this can at least rule that out as being a problem for you.

I am currently using a few addons, but with or without them its still the same FPS.

Make sure all your drivers are up to date. Run and anti spyware malware tool. Defrag your hard drive and last but by no means least get a new gfx card. You'll be able to get a 7950gt for very cheap and that's a pretty GG WoW Gfx card.

You have an integrated video solution where every videocard would give a performance gain. Quite cheap and powerfull are Ati 3800 series if they get thrown out cheap or Ati 4650-4670 series which is slightly slower but does not even need a powerconnector, so needs very few energy. On the NVidia site everything from 8600gt or 9000 series will easily do and they probably will be in your price range, too.
Edit: DO NOT GET A 7950 Card, this is two generations old and you will get a faster newer card for the same price or way cheaper!
Edit2: King of Kings solution is quite nice for a cheap and quite good card, this one would be way more powerful (i consider it an extremely good offer for its price), just costs 1.5:

QFT...
Take a look at those vid cards coldstone posted, they will definitely help.
20-25 FPS is terribad. I don't see how you can play like that. I play at 75-80 FPS at max settings. But then again, my laptop is a beast.
Check those video cards out. If you get any one of those I guarantee you'll be impressed.

Interesting that you're only achieving 25 fps on 800x600. On my desktop at home I have an integrated graphics card with a measly 1gb of ram and I run at around 60fps on 1024x768. Then again, this is on CS. I dont know to be quite honest, I may be mistaken.
Oh, and yea, you should def. upgrade your video card. Just remember that if you upgrade your video card to something on the lower-end of the spectrum now it wont fair very well with the higher-end games.

And in all honesty, unless youve got a power supply with sufficient 12v rails your going to want to go with an older card, such as the 7xxx Series, these cards are cheap, extremely efficient, and unless you O'C them they last forever.
Give us more of your pc specs, such as the power supply and well go from there, if you buy an 8600gt and your psu doesnt have any 12v rails, your screwed for however much you bought the gfx card. Also in the long run your going to want a faster dual core proccessor, dont listen to the monkeys who tell you to get quad core, not only is it light years ahead, but it runs slower because games arent designed for them.

I suggested this card, because it normally would cost nearly twice as much and not only 40 dollars more, this is an 8800GT S.
The 7000 series was quite ok, but nowadays costs way too much for its power compared to the 8000 series. a 7950 is more expensive than an 8800GT, not to mention the even faster GTS, which beat it easily. And with a powersupply with 450-500 watts you easily can use one 8800gts card with a dual core cpu, especially Intel.
If your PSU doesnt support the connectors, there are adaptors usually delivered with the card or cheap to get.
I for myself had a 7900GS running with an adaptor on a quality 300 watts PSU together with quite some hardware and dual core cpu and a 8800GTS doesnt need over 100 watts more than this card.
The totally useless hype in getting 700-1000 watts for even a single video solution just because people dont know the real usage of the systems is kinda annoying.
