Not sure if you knew but we had a retard named Tom Green but he used to do lulzy stuff when he was hosting The Tom Green Show on MTV with a friend of his named Glenn Humplik, and later on Tom lost on of his balls due to cancer and I guess Canada's clear of retards now.
