Mac Address spoof

I got an IP restriction now, and I did my bets to bypass it. I know that I have a Static IP address so I can't use the unplug/plug modem trick. I think that the IP that my ISP changes when i change my MAC address. I read some tutorials on how to change MAC address and I did change it but when I have a new MAC address I have no network. Can anybody solves this probleme with me?

The only way to actually change ip's is to setup a porxy on your pc, which can be complicated to do right. Other wise, those bs "Ip hider/Changer" programs don't really do anything. Usually calling your ISP and asking them to reset your ISP or give you a new adress they'll usually just say ok.

If you wanna know what I did:

Start>Run>Cmd>Ipconfig /release

Control Panel>Networks Settings>Right click on your network>Properties

TCP/IP settings in the menu > Properties >Set new Ip > 111.111.111.111>Accept
TCP/IP>Properties > Get new IP> Accept

Voila!
