li'l question of value

I think the value in between realms doesn't matter much...

I got this WF, it's named, it's got a Cham in it, and its got 6%ML ... it's the minimum, I know, but it's still a WF.

I've quite recently started again, so I need some basic equip (hoto, cta, coh)
I've got everything ready, except for the Ohm, Vex, and Ber.

My question is: can I get those three runes for that WF ? is that too much to ask, or not enough?
