If it had fcr than sure, but mara's had +2 all skills which work nicely with cta etc.

what gives more life?:
1-) with maras: +2skills (his hp - 60life)
2-)with rare ammy: +60life (BO skills - 2)

Meh..Maras is better for Summoner nercro..cause the +2 to bo will give minions more life. PnB don't really need fcr on amulet..wizzy50 circlet 20 arachs 20 monarch 35...You lose some dmg..and oak..but that oak dies fast and is annoying IMO, I would prob use maras over that amulet anyways..I like a lot of stats on my amulet for necros.
