This is a place where you can come to have a mature conversation on the hot-button issues of the day, where the rules are just a little bit looser here and the intellectual level just a bit higher :-)

The rules for this forum are different than in any other forum on this website, they are tailor made to allow good, spirited debate between people who have something to say and know how to say it.

Rules:

• RESPECT EACH OTHERS OPINIONS. You dont have to like what someone else has to say, but you do have to respect their right to say it. If someone doesnt like the President, but you do, you dont have the right to flame him or attack him for that. What you are expected to do is bring relevant points to the table in your post to try and shed light on why you believe what you believe, and why you believe it to be right and the other person not :-)
• NO SPAM. This is a forum where only the select should venture. If you dont have something to add to the discussion, please do not add anything at all. If you do not wish to engage in lievely discussion, then this forum is not for you.
• NO RELIGION. Religion threads seem to always degenerate into bad news, which is primarily because of the inherent hot tempers that flare up when people question each others beliefs and the sensitive nature of religious beliefs themselves. Therefore, save for rare exeptions, there is to be no threads directly about religion.
• BRING YOUR THINKING CAP. The more you can add to the discussion, the better it will be. We look forward to everyone who has an opinion and wants to speak their mind to speak it.
