After reading this from the Arreat Summit, it does not seem to mention anything about ranged attacks.

Deadly Strike stack in all cases, there is only one chance to trigger a deadly strike blow per hit. There is no cap on how high the chance to trigger a deadly strike can get, but anything over 100% is a waste. Critical Strike (CS) and Deadly Strike (DS) exclude each other. Deadly Strike does not work with Smite.

Does this mean DS does not work with ranged attacks? Because I thought of this awesome combo.
Widowmaker Bow socket with Lo = 33 + 20 = 53% DS
Highlords Ammy = 0-37 % Deadly Strike (Based On Character Level)
Gore Rider Boots = 15% DS
Total: 105% DS

DS works, but only on physical damage, but your sorc does quite few physical, so its not really thaat good as thought. The double of low physical is still low .

As mentioned before, it is a bug, it shows in char screen but isnt applied, you could test if you want, but it was already tested by some german freaks.

Bah sorry I was traveling, missed this.
I was going to put treachery over bramble originally because of the FHR, IAS, and all the other goodies. I don't find the extra poison damage necessary. Though, I later realized that CtC fade would override BoS at very inopportune times, which would make other armors more useful, like bramble or whatev.
I like demon machine because it is auto-hit against all monsters (Ignore target defense doesn't work against bosses I believe), and that demon machine pierces, and has a ridiculous base attack rate.

My Sin is currently equipped with Bramble and Widowmaker. I do have Treachery and Demon Machine Xbow, so I will swap out and see how it goes.

No no no no treachery, unless you have enough IAS for breakpoints already. The fade overrides Burst of Speed if you get hit, and it can get really, really really annoying :O

After reaching lvl 83 to put the final piece of gear on, Andy's Helm w/ 15ias jewel, I went to try this char out both PvM and PvP.
Because of the lack of defense and resis, my char got crushed in PvP. Going against casters and range attack players, my char was no match for them.
As far as PvM, my char has a rough time running Hell Solo. Unlike the PsN Necro, Rabies Druid, and Plague Javazon, the venom skill for the assassin does not spread. With a group of monsters you have to shoot each one to poison each one.
I kinda wish I could have maxed out Fade but that would cancel out BoS and this build needed all the BoS it could get.
The only pro I see about this char is getting to places fast. With BoS and Cloak of Shadows, I can run to Baal in no time if there is no tele char in the game.
Here is my gear set up (im at work so this is off the top of my head)
Andy's Helm w/ 15 IAS
Bramble AP Armor
Cat's Eye
2x 20dex RavenFrost Rings
Demon Machine Xbow/Widowmaker Bow
Nosferatu Coil
Trang Gloves
Shadow Dancer Boots
S Torch
2x SD GC's
All in all she does about 22xx Psn Damage
Thought this char might be fun, I knew should would not be Godly, but I wanted to have fun with. Trial and error I guess.
I give this build C-
Moving on to the Enchat Bowceress

Did you stack psn charms in your inventory?
Also, how was your skill setup? Death Sentry would wreck in this build. Also worth considering, gloves with multishot charges.
