Wisdom Teeth

Got em ripped outta my head yesterday. As far as pain goes there really is none at all which I'm highly surprised about because most people I've seen with them done always seem to be in pain. I actually went out to a party last night lol.

The only problem is the one they took out that wasn't all the way in yet will not stop bleeding and I'm starting to wonder if maybe somethings wrong with it but at the same time doubting somethings wrong with it because it'd be my guess that it would be painful.

Anyone ever have the same issue?

Just rinse your mouth out with warm salt water.

Did the doctor give you some 4x4 gauze to bite lightly down onto to absorb the blood? You will bleed for awhile but as long as you are not profusely losing blood you should be fine.

How long ago was the operation?

well if they took out a tooth that wasn't in all the way i imagine it must have been in there pretty deep and thats probably why its bleeding so much.

i really hope i dont need to pull out my wisdom teeth, ive already had 4 or 6 (i dont remember lol) teeth removed. one of which the root was like an 1+ in long

I've had 0. What's wrong with your mouth?
I only have 3 wisdom teeth, haven't come in yet, and one of them is fucking sideways. I don't even understand how that's possible but I guess my awesomeness just constantly defies logic at every turn.

i guess i have a small mouth or something. but when i had all my orthodontic shit done there wasn't enough room so i had to pull a bunch of teeth. so i only have 24 teeth right now

edit: just checked, it was 6 teeth pulled

I'm one of the few lucky ones. I don't have a wisdom tooth in my head. One never came in and the dentist can't see 'em on X-Ray. Yay.

Lucky you lol.

The bleeding finally stopped it must've just been from the operation when they had to slice the bastard outta my head. All in all tho. the operation wasn't as bad as I anticipated I did get lots of drugs tho it was nice.

When my sister had hers removed she had to sleep with a towel on her pillow and on ur side because hers were bleeding soo much.

The first night it was actually like that I woke up with dried blood all around my mouth and on my pillow it was pretty nasty.

But still they havn't hurt once since they came out its weird if you ask me. I must be immortal or something.

i had to get 3 removed only because i was born without one.

never bled never hurt at all.

The doctor i had was incredible. I have a foggy memory of tasting a little bit of blood in my mouth when i woke up from the anesthesia but i'm not sure if that was just a remnant of the surgeory or not.
