Yea ive noticed u are fairly well off in terms of wealth.
On an fb, i would go block if u were 105/86 and vita. If u go 200 i would go es.
On blizz, in YOUR terms u could afford to go both. heh
I'm more of a fan of es > block though. Seems noobish cuz i have no stack but i only find my problematic chars are Bowazons. But even still, i can survive vs all other chars that dont have massive stack/sorb. And without going block u have more life/mana for those chars dont use attacks that will make u block, like BvCs.
If u go block u will also do more dmg. For blizz, some ppl think 10k blizz w/o maxed out cold mastery is too little dmg, but i think its good enuff. =/
